Hotel porcelain needs to be extremely resilient. A special mixture of porcelain body and glaze, combined with an extremely high firing temperature of over 1400ºC (2600 °F) is required to minimise the impact of use in professional kitchens. Our hard porcelain is manufactured in one of the  most modern and highly automated production facilities in the world.
