| Systematic style - playful variety of combinations for the world of buffet dining |
 |
With the integrated buffet concept SCENARIOGN, SCHÖNWALD is launching a creative initiative aimed at combating the rigid conformity seen in so many aspects of everyday gastronomy. The multi-award-winning designer Carsten Gollnick uses three harmonious elements to repackage the notion of the buffet: With its exciting design, SCENARIOGN firstly brings a new interpretation to traditional Gastronorm containers, and this is also complemented by an original plate and finger food concept. The third element is the innovative buffet architecture which provides the restaurateur with crea-tive leeway embracing a range of interesting and varied options.
New usage scenarios
The growing external catering market is crying out for unusual food solutions which transcend familiar patterns, are flexible and save time. This calls for ideas which implement the everpopular trends for freshness and new portion sizes in an original and functional way.
SCENARIOGN opens up whole new scenarios of food presentation for modern catering and buffet dining. This creative concept allows restaurateurs to create their own personal “land-scape” from the buffet. An ingenious plug-in system combines with stacking elements to place the attractive wooden presentation items for presenting cold food at different heights. This individual buffet architecture creates new appetising perspectives which encourage guests to reach out for snacks and yet can be adapted in no time at all to cater for various occasions (breakfast buffet, lunch buffet or evening buffet) and different sizes of events.
The first Gastronorm containers featuring the
SCENARIOGN design put a new spin on the standard arrangement, while taking account of all functional requirements. The bowls are easy to handle, stackable and compatible with most of the GN equipment and accessories that exist in the market. The asymmetrical edge profile of the porcelain bowls with a lip running all the way round attracts attention. The bevel slant makes it easier to pick up food from the bowls. The elegant bowls are available in three sizes and different depths.
SCENARIOGN combines streamlined suitability for daily use with great emotion. Inspired by an intelligent systematic idea, the new buffet concept from SCHÖNWALD delivers a special level of dramatic composition with very different performers in a range of settings.
The buffet scenarios act in harmony here with the plates and small bowls. These porcelain items, which feature a new shape and are easy to grip, can be combined playfully and in visual harmony with the Gastronorm bowls and the wooden presenters, but at the same time they can also successfully hold their own as individual items placed on the table. Their unusual design captures the character of the Gastronorm bowls. Interesting additional items such as saleen baskets or cutlery inserts provide an attractive contrast to the porcelain.
Whether it is used in a restaurant or hotel, at a special event or every day in a canteen, SCENARIOGN from SCHÖNWALD offers comprehensive answers in response to modern food trends and brings a great deal of animation and entertainment to any buffet. |
